Integrations: AI in your systems
I connect AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents to the systems and workflows you already run, for example Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, or AI services on AWS and Azure. The work stays in the systems you already use.
Repeating, text-heavy work fits best: mail, documents, requests, reports and transferring data between systems. I set up and configure your own bots and AI assistants across the channels you already use: email, Slack or Teams, the web and chat tools. Once the solution is in production I put model monitoring, logging and observability (LLMOps) in place, so you can see how the system behaves. You pay model, API and hosting costs directly to the provider.
