About me
Pearls and Roses OÜ (founded 2019) is my company, through which I advise organisations on putting AI to use. We have spent years in software development, building gamified solutions (including games), and providing DevOps and fractional CTO services.
I am an independent AI expert and fractional CTO. I assess, build and hand the work over so your people can continue it.
I have more than 20 years of building and integrating systems: software development, machine learning and systems integration. I work with organisations that want to bring AI into their everyday work.
I help put AI into processes: agents, assistants on the channels you already use, cloud AI services, and model monitoring and logging.
Truth—or, more precisely, an accurate understanding of reality—is the essential foundation for any good outcome.

Products I built
- Riigihanked.eu – Search and analysis of public tenders.
- ted-mcp.eu – An open connector that links AI assistants to EU tender data.
- Agentic Gov – My personal project for ideas and experiments: how an agent works within a human decision and mandate.
Writing
I write about AI, accountability and rollout on my own site and on Medium. Agentic Gov is my thinking and experiment project on how an agent works within a human decision and mandate.
