Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout and adoption

I advise on a Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout from start to finish: readiness, a review of licences and security, clean-up of SharePoint and Teams permissions, a pilot group and integration with the Microsoft 365 you already have.

Copilot can see everything a user can already open. A rollout therefore starts with permissions and data. If you need a managed agent in the Microsoft environment, I also consider Microsoft Copilot Studio as one option.

What the rollout includes

  • Readiness: licences, data, risk
  • Clean-up of SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams permissions
  • A pilot group with a clear job and measures
  • A short playbook and advice on how to keep Copilot in daily work
  • A decision on whether and how to widen the circle of users

Who it is for

Organisations that use Microsoft 365 and want to put Copilot into daily work.

How I work

I first look at what Copilot would see with today’s permissions. Then I tidy access rights, run a small pilot and measure use. I widen the rollout only once the pilot sits in daily work.
