Who is responsible
The controller of personal data is Pearls and Roses OÜ (registry code 14761524). Email: hello@pearlsroses.com.
What I collect
Via the contact form: name, organisation, email, phone if you wish, topic, organisation size if you wish, and message. If you write, I process the details you send.
The form includes a hidden field to block spam. I do not use it to identify you.
Why and for how long
I use the data to answer your request and to agree any follow-on work. The legal basis is legitimate interest (replying to an enquiry) or steps prior to a contract at your request.
I keep correspondence only as long as it is needed to reply or to perform a contract, then I delete it. I do not add you to a marketing list.
Who receives the data
The message sent through the form reaches my inbox. If I use Web3Forms or another delivery service to send the form, that service processes the data on behalf of Pearls and Roses OÜ as a processor. I do not sell the data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You may access your data, ask me to rectify or erase it or to restrict processing, object to processing, and complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. Write to hello@pearlsroses.com.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. There is therefore no cookie notice on the page. Analytics records page views only; I do not sell the data or use it for advertising.
I also use GeoModifier to see how often visitors reach the site through AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude or Copilot). On each page view, GeoModifier receives the address and title of the page you are viewing, the address of the page you came from, and your browser language. GeoModifier does not use cookies either. It processes this data on behalf of Pearls and Roses OÜ as a processor.
